The Yellowstone Elk Antler Chandelier is our premier large-format piece, a bold statement for a great room, vaulted ceiling, or lodge-style dining space. It features richly natural brown Rocky Mountain elk antler woven into our trademark design, finished in your choice of natural or bleached white antler tone.

Why the Yellowstone Fits Grand Rooms

Spanning 60″-65″ in diameter and standing 40″-43″ tall, the Yellowstone comfortably centers a room in the 25-30 foot range (using the length-plus-width formula from our size guide) – making it a favorite for great rooms, vaulted entryways, and large dining tables. It ships fully wired with 8 dimmable light fixtures, available in warm 2700K or cool white 3000K bulbs to match your space.

Our customers from California to Colorado to Texas and east to North Carolina and New York always request this Elk Antler lighting fixture as a centerpiece for their home. It’s one of Dante’s favorites to build, and – like every fixture we make – it’s UL certified under File E238337 for both the US and Canada.

How the Yellowstone Is Handcrafted

Every Yellowstone chandelier is built by hand from genuine Rocky Mountain elk antler, hand-selected for size, color, and shape before it ever reaches the workshop. Nothing is cast or molded to look like antler — each rack is naturally shed or sustainably sourced, then cleaned, sorted, and wired into the fixture one point at a time.

Choose a Natural finish for the warm, richly mottled tone the antler grows in, or a Bleached White finish for a lighter, more refined look that reads beautifully against exposed beams, white ceilings, or contemporary lodge interiors. Because every rack is a little different, no two Yellowstone chandeliers are ever perfectly identical, which is part of what makes a real antler piece feel like a genuine centerpiece rather than a mass-produced fixture.

Because the Yellowstone is our largest and most requested elk design, we build most orders to a lead time rather than pulling from ready stock, which lets us match antler color and size as closely as possible across the whole fixture. If you’re coordinating it with other lighting in an open-concept great room, we’re happy to help you plan finish and scale so every fixture in the space reads as part of one collection.

With Shades adds hand-selected fabric shades over each of the eight lights, softening the glow for dining rooms and living spaces where a gentler light is preferred; skip the shades for a bolder, more rustic look that lets the bulbs and antler silhouette do the talking.

At 60″-65″ across, plan for at least 36″ of clearance on every side of the fixture, and remember that the hanging chain can be shortened or lengthened on installation to fit ceilings from standard 8-foot rooms up to soaring two-story great rooms. Because the piece is suspended rather than mounted flush, most vaulted or beamed ceilings accommodate it easily.

Real antler is a natural material, so a little care goes a long way toward keeping it looking its best for decades. Dust it occasionally with a soft, dry cloth or a can of compressed air to reach between the tines, and avoid household glass cleaners or harsh chemical sprays directly on the antler, which can dull its natural finish over time.

The Yellowstone is dry-climate friendly and holds up well in typical home humidity, though it’s best kept away from direct exposure to steam, such as a very close bathroom or kitchen installation. With basic care, a real elk antler chandelier like this one is a piece that’s built to be handed down, not replaced.
