We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

Antler Chandeliers & Lighting Company handcrafts lighting and decor from real, naturally shed elk, deer, and moose antler. Because each piece is made from natural material, size, color, tine count, and shape vary from piece to piece, and photos on this site are representative rather than an exact match to the antlers used in your finished piece. Most items are built to order once purchased; current lead times are listed on our Lead Times page.

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase, which we accept once your payment is processed and your order is confirmed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if a piece can’t be completed as described.

Shipping times vary by product and are noted on individual product pages and our Lead Times page. Ownership and risk of loss for a piece pass to you once it’s handed to the carrier. We package every piece carefully for its journey, but please inspect your delivery promptly and contact us right away if it arrives damaged, see our Refund and Returns Policy for how we handle that.
