Why the Two Tier Whitetail Antler Chandelier Fits Dining and Reading Spaces
The two-tier build gives it more visual presence than a single-tier fixture while staying compact enough for a breakfast table, a reading nook, or a kitchen island. It ships fully wired with eight light fixtures, available in warm 2700K or cool white 3000K bulbs, so you can match the glow to the room.
Like every fixture we build, it’s UL certified under File E238337 for both the US and Canada, so it installs like any standard hardwired ceiling fixture.
How the Two Tier Whitetail Antler Chandelier Is Handcrafted
Every piece starts with fourteen genuine whitetail deer antlers, hand-selected for size and shape before they’re fitted together into the finished two-tier frame. Every antler piece is real, naturally shed, ethically sourced material, assembled by hand in the workshop. Socket covers are resin as standard – producing them from genuine antler would mean cutting into an additional elk or large mule deer antler and wasting much of it for a part that is barely visible once installed. Real-antler socket covers are available as a $45-per-cover upgrade for customers who want every detail in genuine antler.
Choose a Natural finish for the warm, richly mottled color the antler grows in, or Bleached White for a lighter look that suits contemporary interiors. Add rawhide shades over each of the eight lights for $25 per shade if you’d like to soften the glow further, a nice option for a dining room that sees a lot of evening use.
Because every antler is a little different, no two of these chandeliers are ever perfectly identical, which is part of what makes a real antler fixture feel handmade rather than mass-produced off a shelf.
This chandelier ships with adjustable chain, so it can be shortened or lengthened to fit ceilings anywhere from about 8 to 10 feet, and a matching ceiling canopy is included to cover the mounting point at installation. Its stacked two-tier silhouette pairs naturally with farmhouse, transitional, or classic lodge interiors, and it looks equally at home centered over a round breakfast table as it does anchoring a run of pendant-style lighting along a kitchen island. Because it’s a mid-size design, it also works well paired with one of our larger antler chandeliers elsewhere in an open-concept home, giving both rooms a matching look without repeating the exact same scale. If you’re planning the fixture around a specific table or island, measure the surface length first: as a rule of thumb, the chandelier should span roughly a third to half the length of the table beneath it so it reads as a proportioned centerpiece rather than an afterthought. We’re happy to talk through sizing before you order if you’re not sure which option fits your space best.
If you’d like a shorter profile in the same style, browse our full chandelier collection, including the Single Tier Whitetail Antler Chandelier, to see the full range of sizes we offer.
Real antler is a natural material, so a little care keeps it looking its best for years. Dust it occasionally with a soft, dry cloth or a can of compressed air to reach between the tines, and keep it away from direct steam or constant high humidity, such as a shower stall or a stovetop.
With basic care, a real whitetail antler chandelier like this one is built to last – a mid-size, two-tier piece with the same handcrafted, one-of-a-kind character as our largest antler chandeliers. We ship anywhere in the US and to many other countries, and we’re happy to help you select the right size and finish for your room.
