Our return policy depends on what you buy. Chandeliers and custom builds are made to order and are final sale. Wall sconces, lamps, candelabras, accessories, the Heron pendant and the Fawn chandelier can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

14-Day Returns: Sconces, Lamps, Candelabras, Accessories, Heron and Fawn

Wall sconces, lamps, candelabras, accessories, the Heron fallow deer antler pendant light and the Fawn whitetail antler chandelier can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return.
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • You pay the cost of return shipping.
  • A 25% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the purchase price, less the restocking fee, to your original payment method.

Final Sale: Chandeliers and Custom Builds

Our chandeliers (other than the Fawn) and all custom builds, including custom design commissions and pieces built from your own antlers, are handcrafted specifically for your order. They are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage (see below).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right. In these cases, we cover the cost of return shipping and there is no restocking fee.

Natural Variation

Because each piece involves natural antler, minor variation in size, color, tine count, and shape is expected and is not considered a defect.
