One of the most important details is that your antler craftsman’s work carries the Underwriter Laboratory’s “UL Listed” certification.

As a “UL Listed” lighting manufacturing company since 2003, you will receive the guarantee that our work is engineered by Underwriter’s Laboratories, tested and our production facility is inspected quarterly by a UL Inspector who observes and documents our compliance with the National Electric Code.

The “UL Listed” mark is a National Requirement, by law, for all commercial lighting placements. A “UL Listed” mark is also required in many residential placements by State Electrical Inspectors and many regions in the US have State Code Inspectors that require it on all residential electrical inspections. Many contractors, designers and developers that I deal with on a daily basis insist on UL Listed lighting because they are seeking the highest level of safety and quality on the behalf of their own clientele.

For many years, the industry has witnessed time and time again, more than a few lighting manufacturing companies openly convey to their clients that they are “UL Approved”. The term “UL Approved “ is an unrecognized industry term which has been used for decades to mislead a client to believe the builder is actually a “UL Listed” builder. Always choose a “UL Listed” lighting manufacturer.
