CRATING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
This is one of the most commonly asked questions. Our company ships antler lighting weekly and has for over 20 yrs. We regularly ship to every state in the US and many countries worldwide. The one huge benefit to how we ship is that we enclose your antler chandelier in a handmade plywood crate and secure it to a foam pad for a safe and smooth ride to your destination. No effort is spared in this procedure to ensure your antler chandelier arrives safely (and we are very good at what we do). We compete daily with builders who see no harm in shipping their clients’ chandeliers shrink wrapped and strapped down on an open pallet.

There is a catch with saving a few dollars on freight. If your builder ships to you on an open pallet at a lower freight class (class 60 or 80) and there is a loss, you are not reimbursed by the freight company at dollar for dollar due to that low bulk rate classification.
The few claims our company has seen were attributed to acts of theft and highway accidents. None were due to damage originating inside the crate. Freight claims are something that a client should never have to deal with and for that reason Antler Chandeliers & Lighting Company insures both through the company itself and through our shipping company.
“In other words, if there is a product loss in freight, I will replace the chandelier immediately with no concern to a claim. In coordination with my client, I can file the claim and deal with the freight company for reimbursement myself. No client of mine will ever have an unhappy experience of dealing with a freight company claim,” states Swanson (founder)we do, due to the fact that most of them ship open pallet.
